Amalgam Prime, later known as Prime Comics, was an imprint of comic books published by Amalgam Comics, featuring re-imagined and updated versions of the company's superhero characters from the main Amalgam universe. Those characters include Spider-Boy, the JLX, the Avengers and the Challengers of the Fantastic. The imprint was launched in 2000 with the publication of the series Spider-Boy Prime and JLX Prime, providing new origin stories for the characters.
