In the final battle, he almost killed the enemy, but his own son blocked Oliver with his life. He stood over his son's body and blew up along with the Stark Enterprises building. The body was not found, which gives a link to the fact that the villain is still alive.

Bio: Winnick Scarlotti is a pickpocket and a thief who has a lot of power in his hands. Edward Hammer gave him a "Destroyer" suit. In return, Scarlotti had to kill Oliver Stark and his entire family. He failed the task because of the Iron Arrow and received a long sentence because of the victims who died in the attack of the Stark family.
